Position Summary

The BI Analyst will provide strategic insights and analytics to support key business decisions. In a flexible and dynamic environment, your main role will involve optimizing and enhancing the foundations of Keurig Dr Pepper Canada's data infrastructure, ensuring its integrity and quality, and delivering timely reports.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence. Our department manages multiple data sources, including a Snowflake data warehouse, and provides analytical support across the organization for quick decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, and modify data from various sources;
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate new data sources into the data warehouse;
• Develop metrics, visualizations, and tools for ongoing data quality control;
• Ensure accurate report updates, review business rules, and support data connectivity;
• Manage testing, troubleshoot data errors, and improve processes;
• Own and effectively utilize Business Intelligence tools;
• Gather data requirements and develop self-service reports and visualizations in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of data management tools, including Snowflake and SQL/Python;
• Advanced SQL skills; basic Python and R knowledge;
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI; SAP knowledge is a strong asset;
• Experience in report creation and automation;
• Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills in French and English;
• Strategic thinking and ability to synthesize information;
• Attention to detail.
