Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with Power BI and related Business Intelligence tools.


• Strong understanding of Power BI integrations and connectivity to various data sources.


• Experience providing technical support and guidance to business and end users.


• Proven experience creating and maintaining process documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.


• Strong process improvement mindset with experience identifying and implementing efficiencies.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within the financial services or banking industry.


• Experience supporting enterprise-scale BI or analytics platforms.


• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and information security review processes.


• Experience with platform onboarding, user training, and enablement programs.


• Experience contributing to strategic planning, roadmap development, and executive presentations.
