Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Esterhazy, SK is hiring a Labourer to safely perform duties in the assigned area on rotating 12-hour shifts. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to OH&S rules, and practical skill development within our potash operations.

You will train on equipment, perform inspections, keep areas clean, and support senior staff while maintaining a compliant, productive work environment. Authorization to work in Canada is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job.
• Able to lift approximately 0-25 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to climb stairs and work at various heights.
• Able to distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials.
• Able to read, write and understand basic English.
• Able to wear a respirator.
• Able to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety awareness and work safely in all situations.
• Show physical fitness and capability to lift.
• Complete training on hand and power tools.
• Complete exams and task sheets on equipment as required.
• Keep the work area safe and clean.
• Train other labourers as required.
• Interpret and carry out written or oral instructions; write reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and environmental regulations.
