• Support the Post-Purchase Program under the Product Quality Organization.
• Help develop expanded scope for Post-Purchase to improve brand perception and customer experience.
• Provide financial analytics to support new strategic initiatives in Post-Purchase and sustainability.
• Manage Post-Purchase service provider performance and billing processes.
• Maintain reporting tools and processes for all Post-Purchase program aspects.
