Job summary

Rogers Business is seeking a POS Growth Specialist to accelerate the adoption of Point of Sale solutions across Canada. You will manage opportunities from discovery through activation, collaborate with direct sellers as a payments expert, and maintain a strong presence with merchants in the market.

Success in this role requires experience selling payment processing and POS solutions, with strong discovery, presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience selling payment processing, merchant services, financial technology or point-of-sale solutions.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and opportunity-management skills.
• Experience engaging business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to explain payment concepts, pricing and operational value in clear customer language.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Collaborative working style and comfort operating in an assisted-selling model.
• Strong CRM discipline, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound demand by engaging opportunities quickly and professionally.
• Partner with SMB sellers with discovery, qualification, and demonstrations while maintaining ownership and handoffs.
• Deliver payments expertise by explaining processing, pricing, and POS capabilities clearly.
• Build sales capability by leading coaching sessions, sharing success stories and competitive insights.
