Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking a Point of Sale Growth Specialist to accelerate the adoption of Rogers Point of Sale solutions across Canada.

You will convert leads, create opportunities through field activity, and support direct sellers as a payments expert on qualified opportunities. You will manage opportunities from discovery to activation, maintain in-market presence with merchants, and collaborate with sales teams to close deals that benefit from payments expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience selling payment processing, merchant services, financial technology or POS solutions.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and opportunity-management skills.
• Experience engaging business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to explain payment concepts, pricing and operational value in clear customer language.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Collaborative working style and comfort operating in an assisted-selling model.
• Strong CRM discipline, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Engage assigned opportunities quickly and professionally.
• Conduct discovery to understand merchant business and needs.
• Recommend POS solution and move opportunities through sales cycle to activation.
• Maintain complete opportunity records and next steps.
• Support direct sellers with discovery, presentations, demonstrations, and deal guidance.
