Job summary

Rogers Business is seeking experienced Point of Sale Growth Specialists to accelerate adoption of Rogers POS solutions across Canada. You will manage opportunities from discovery to activation, work with SMB sellers, and provide payments expertise to support deals.

The role requires in-office activity, field presence, and collaboration with direct sellers to drive growth across a diverse merchant portfolio. A strong track record in payments and consultative selling is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling payment processing, merchant services or POS solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and opportunity-management skills.
• Experience engaging business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to explain payment concepts, pricing and operational value clearly.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Collaborative working style in an assisted-selling model.
• Solid CRM discipline, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound demand by engaging opportunities quickly and professionally.
• Partner with SMB sellers, supporting discovery, qualification, presentations and demonstrations.
• Deliver payments expertise, explaining processing, pricing and POS capabilities to customers.
• Build sales capability through coaching, talks, and sharing insights with sellers.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and clearly document ownership and next steps.
