Job summary

Rogers Communications in Canada is seeking a POS Growth Specialist to accelerate adoption of Rogers Point of Sale solutions across the country. You will manage opportunities from discovery through activation, collaborate with direct sellers, and provide payments expertise to close deals with merchants of various sizes.

Qualifications

• Experience selling payment processing, merchant services, or POS solutions.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and opportunity-management skills.
• Experience engaging business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to explain payment concepts, pricing and operational value clearly.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Collaborative working style and comfort in an assisted-selling model.
• Strong CRM discipline, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound demand and qualify opportunities for Rogers Point of Sale solutions.
• Partner with SMB sellers, supporting discovery, presentations, demonstrations and deal guidance.
• Deliver payments expertise and explain processing, pricing and POS capabilities.
• Build sales capability through coaching, talks and shared success stories.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear ownership and next steps.
