Job summary

Paladin Security in Thunder Bay, Ontario is seeking a Portfolio Resource Coordinator to coordinate schedules, support frontline security professionals, and help deliver exceptional service to clients.

This full-time role reports to the Client Service Manager and involves scheduling, staffing, payroll data handling, and local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating schedules and staffing needs across the Thunder Bay portfolio.
• Filling open shifts while ensuring contractual staffing requirements are met.
• Communicating schedules and updates clearly with security professionals.
• Responding promptly to scheduling requests and employee support tickets.
• Maintaining accurate scheduling, payroll, and billing information using TEAM software.
• Monitoring employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements.
• Supporting the Client Service Manager and providing coverage when needed.
• Occasionally traveling locally to client sites as required

What You'll Do
