Job summary

BCLC is seeking a Project Portfolio Analyst 2 to join the Enterprise Portfolio team within Business Technology. You will translate complex portfolio data into reliable reports and insights for leaders, supporting tools and systems for Portfolio capability.

You will work on portfolio reporting, resource planning, and continuous improvement, leveraging Power BI, Power Automate, and OnePlan/Jira. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of portfolio management, project management, data analytics or IT experience.
Solid knowledge of program/project management methodologies.
Strong technical writing skills and ability to write reports and document procedures.
Advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI skills.
Working knowledge of OnePlan, Jira, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Build recurring portfolio reports and dashboards for executives, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
Coordinate monthly demand and capacity estimation cycles with Product Owners.
Perform moderate complex technical work including Power BI report development and Power Automate design.
Maintain and support portfolio tools, dashboards, reports, and data sources.
Recommend process improvements and share best practices with the team.
Leverage AI and analytics tools to improve reporting speed and quality.
Engage with stakeholders to collect, validate, and clarify portfolio data.
