Job summary

Sherwood Park Toyota is seeking a Service Porter to join our team of customer-focused professionals in a high-volume, process-driven dealership.

You will greet customers, park vehicles for service, sanitize interiors, install plastic seat covers and paper floor mats, and perform light cleaning in the customer lounge. Saturday shifts are required.

This role supports service advisors and collaborates with the team to improve efficiencies while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for greeting customers and parking their vehicle ready for service, sanitizing vehicles and installing plastic seat covers and paper floor mats, light cleaning in customer lounge area (sanitizing touch points) occasional shuttle duties, filling in for service advisors and writing work orders, customer vehicle valet duties and other admin duties as required. The role is also responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible.
