Barrie Ford in Barrie, Ontario is seeking a Service Porter to join our team of customer-focused professionals. This role involves greeting customers and parking vehicles for service, sanitizing interiors, and performing light cleaning in the lounge area.

Additional duties include installing seat covers, making paper floor mats, occasional shuttle duties, and assisting service advisors with work orders and valet tasks. Collaboration with teammates is important to improve efficiencies.

Barrie Ford is currently seeking a Service Porter to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for greeting customers and parking their vehicle ready for service, sanitizing vehicles and installing plastic seat covers and paper floor mats, light cleaning in customer lounge area (sanitizing touch points) occasional shuttle duties, filling in for service advisors and writing work orders, customer vehicle valet duties and other admin duties as required. The role is also responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible.

Candidates must possess:

• Valid driver's license
