Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Driver to support container deliveries and customer service at our Grand Prairie, Alberta location. You will operate a flatbed truck and, when required, a forklift to load and unload storage containers, ensuring safe and courteous service to customers.

The role requires a Class 3 or D license with Air Brake Endorsement, a clean driving record, and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated safe driving history and record.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck for container delivery and pickup.
• Operate an 8000 lb forklift or truck-mounted forklift as needed.
• Load/unload storage containers and transport to customer locations.
• Ensure courteous, professional service to customers and maintain vehicle/equipment.
