Pool/ Restaurant Bartender

The Radisson Blu Hotel in Toronto's vibrant Harbourfront district is currently recruiting for a Full Time Pool/Restaurant Bartender. This position is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests and customers, mixing ingredients to create both classic and innovative drinks according to customer needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with guests and contributing to an unforgettable experience!

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks.
• Assist in planning and presenting the bar menu.
• Check identification to ensure guests meet age requirements for alcohol and tobacco purchases.
• Arrange the bar area to create attractive displays.
• Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations accordingly.
• Upsell and suggest additional items to guests.
• Maintain liquor inventory and monitor consumption.
• Collect payment and balance receipts.
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
