Position Overview

The Radisson Blu Hotel in Toronto's Harbourfront district is recruiting for a Part-Time Pool/Restaurant Bartender. Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, creating both classic and innovative cocktails, and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. The role involves guest interaction and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders and serving drinks/snacks
• Assist in planning and presenting the bar menu
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
• Arrange attractive bar displays
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences
• Upsell and suggest additional items
• Maintain liquor inventory
• Handle payments and balance receipts
• Replenish supplies as needed
• Follow all food and beverage regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
