Overview

We are recruiting Full Time Pool and Restaurant Servers responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent guest experience. The role involves extensive knowledge of menu offerings and creating a relaxing Cabana lifestyle at the Radisson Blu's outdoor pool and lounge area. The position is available from June 1st to Mid-September.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, manner.
• Serve beverages in accordance with licensing and liquor regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and products.
• Keep floor stations stocked and tidy.
• Follow reporting procedures for issues.
• Ensure food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are timely.
• Adhere to grooming standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• High standards of grooming and hygiene.
• Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred experience in Food & Beverage, cash handling, and knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
