The City of Laval is hiring a Lifeguard for the application pool across all pools in Laval. This temporary role runs January to March 2027 and is on-site with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Salary is CAD 21.95/hour. Candidates should be prepared to provide first aid and coordinate with supervisors to address any issues at the pool

Qualifikationen

• Hold a National Lifeguard certificate issued by the Lifesaving Society.
• Additional lifeguard-related certificates are assets.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the safety of pool users at all times.
• Ensure compliance with pool regulations and safety procedures.
• Assist with organizing and facilitating pool activities.
• Perform maintenance tasks and keep equipment and site in good condition.
• Complete required reports and submit them to your supervisor.
• Provide first aid and follow directives for serious injuries.
• Call police in cases of vandalism, theft, or incidents requiring action.
