Canada Life in Montreal, QC is seeking a Manager, Policy Services in a full-time hybrid role. You will lead teams that administer employer-sponsored benefit plans, focusing on service quality, productivity, and financial results.

You will coach leaders, oversee group plan installations and maintenance, monitor performance, and collaborate across Workplace Benefits to deliver coordinated solutions. The role requires a university degree and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in progressively responsible leadership roles in a customer-focused operational environment.
• Experience coaching leaders, developing employees, managing performance, and leading through change.
• Experience using service, quality, productivity, and financial information to manage operations.
• A university degree in business, commerce, leadership, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop leaders and employees, set expectations, and manage performance through changing priorities.
• Oversee group plan installations, administration, maintenance, amendments, and related operational services.
• Monitor service standards, quality, productivity, cycle time, accuracy, operational risks, and departmental expenses.
• Use operational data and performance trends to identify issues, set priorities, and improve results.
• Partner across Workplace Benefits and other business areas to resolve issues and deliver coordinated solutions.
• Improve processes and service delivery, and support strategic and operational initiatives.
