Experience in workplace benefits, insurance or financial services, shared services, customer operations, benefits administration, or process improvement is an asset. English and French capability is also an asset. Reliability Status security clearance is required before employment; travel may be required.

Base salary: $103,000–$144,300 per year. This is base salary only; additional variable compensation may apply.
