Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Technical Writer and Trainer to document, standardize, and enable adoption of project delivery processes, tools, and governance across the full project lifecycle. The role focuses on the Project Management Best Practice Playbook, WIs, SOPs, and related templates within the project management software.

You will design and deliver training programs, develop materials such as slide decks and facilitator guides, and ensure data integrity and version control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing and digital media studies.
• Strong technical writing and instructional design capability.
• Deep understanding of project delivery, controls, and governance in a PMO/PCO environment.
• Experience translating complex workflows into clear user guidance.
• Excellent preparation of both detailed and management-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Document, standardize, and enable adoption of project delivery processes, tools, and governance.
• Develop, maintain and govern process documentation, including the Project Management Best Practice Playbook and work instructions.
• Design and deliver structured project delivery process and software training programs.
• Collaborate with PMO/PCO and software configuration teams to keep documentation synchronized with system changes.
