Job summary

Precision Parcel & Package Deliveries, part of the Fastfrate Group, seeks a PM Supervisor to oversee daily driver delivery operations, ensuring routes are delivered on time and safely while supporting service excellence.

You will supervise drivers and dispatch personnel, monitor performance, and drive customer satisfaction in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. On-site in Winnipeg; permanent, non-union role.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or courier operations.
• Previous supervisory or dispatch experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support drivers and dispatch personnel (KPI tracking).
• Monitor route performance and resolve delivery issues and service exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
• Communicate operational updates and elevate risks as needed.
• Track daily performance metrics including on-time dispatch and delivery.
• Promote a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
• Offload and load trailers as needed; may lift up to 50 lbs.
• Track inbound trailers and report delays.

Role Summary:

The pm Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the daily driver delivery operation, ensuring all delivery routes are delivered on time, and executed safely and efficiently. This role supervises drivers while supporting service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Wednesday to Saturday 2:00pm to 12:00am

Key Accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

• Supervise, coach, and support drivers and dispatch personnel.

• Communicate operational updates and elevate risks as needed.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including on-time dispatch, delivery performance, productivity, and scan compliance.
• Promote a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment
• Offload and load trailers as needed
• May need to lift heavy parcels from time to time 50 lbs.
• Track daily inbound trailers and ensure all delays are reported
