Qualifications

• High School or equivalent
• 2+ years customer service/counter sales experience
• Valid Driver's License may be required to make occasional delivery
• Previous plumbing, wholesale experience
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service at the counter, over the phone, and by email
• Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships to increase sales
• Meet daily productivity expectations by picking and verifying products with handheld scanners
• Process customer orders quickly, handle returns and paperwork
• Plan and optimize local delivery routes to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
