Job summary

NEXT SUPPLY is hiring for a Counter Sales Associate to deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service at the counter while supporting branch warehouse and logistics. The role focuses on building strong customer and vendor relationships and meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities include order processing, delivery coordination, and maintaining product knowledge. Weekend rotation and safety procedures are part of the role, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service/counter sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License may be required for occasional delivery.
• Experience in plumbing or wholesale is preferred.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
• Provide fast, friendly service at counter, by phone and email.
• Maintain product knowledge; assess needs and offer solutions.
• Process orders, returns and paperwork accurately.
• Plan local delivery routes and assist with packing and restocking.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
