Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience as a production or construction team lead.
• Knowledge of operations, warehouse, and transportation management.
• Familiarity with AOHS and Employment Standards Code is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assembly and fabrication for a small team.
• Lead morning shift huddle and delegate daily tasks.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance and clean working conditions.
• Maintain quality standards and problem-solve to improve productivity.
• Assist in inventory management and paperwork/record keeping.
