1.0 FTE Permanent position
The Maintenance Services Department of the Simcoe County District School Board is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Plumber. Reporting to the Supervisor of Mechanical Systems, this position provides emergency, preventive, and planned maintenance services to plant heating and cooling systems within a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include chemical treatment of all closed loop heating systems, chilled water systems, cooling towers, and associated equipment throughout the district. The role also involves repairing mechanical pipe leaks, pumps, and related equipment for heating and cooling systems.
1.0 FTE - Full-Time Permanent Position
8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

The duties may include additional responsibilities as outlined in the official Job Description. The position requires participation in on-call and after-hours work as needed, with compensation for on-call duties.
