Job summary

Komline Pure Water is seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to join our water treatment design and fabrication team. You will develop, test, and support PLC-based control systems, translating P&IDs and control narratives into reliable logic, with strong focus on safety and operations.

You will work closely with electrical/process engineering, production, and clients, undertaking on-site commissioning, field troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure projects meet performance targets and

Qualifications

• Experience developing, testing, and commissioning PLC programs for industrial/process-control applications.
• Strong ability to translate P&IDs and schematics into control logic, I/O lists, and narratives.
• Experience integrating PLCs with HMI/SCADA systems and performing factory/site testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, document, and maintain PLC programs using IEC 61131-3 languages (ladder, ST, FBD, sequential charts).
• Program and integrate PLC-based control systems with platforms like Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, and Omron.
• Translate drawings and I/O lists into functional logic, interlocks, alarms, and permissives.
• Configure/validate I/O, instrumentation, motors, VFDs, and remote I/O.
• Develop and integrate HMI/SCADA interfaces with graphics, setpoints, alarms, trends.
