Zusammenfassung

AWC Water Solutions is seeking an intermediate Controls/Automation professional to design and implement industrial automation for water and wastewater projects. You'll develop PLC/HMI/SCADA solutions, troubleshoot control systems, and support site commissioning with the team.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years' experience, familiarity with Rockwell and Siemens platforms, and strong communication skills. Some travel (less than 25%) is required and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in automation and control systems.
• Experience in water/wastewater or turnkey industrial process packages is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop PLC/HMI/SCADA applications and support commissioning.
• Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, CodeSys or Schneider platforms preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Aufgaben

• Develop control systems from concept through commissioning (PLCs, HMIs, networking, field instrumentation).
• Review customer requirements and design automation solutions.
• Design and troubleshoot PID and advanced control strategies.
• Develop software using company PLC/HMI standards and reusable libraries.
• Configure and test industrial Ethernet networks and field devices.
• Support FAT, field commissioning, and plant operations.
• Create automation documentation and provide remote support.
• Mentor junior staff and communicate with stakeholders.
