Job summary

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise BI/analytics platforms.
• Experience with Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI across multiple platforms.
• Experience supporting production environments, including troubleshooting, monitoring, upgrades, and incident resolution.
• Understanding servers, virtual machines, operating systems, networking, security, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with one or more of Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI, ideally with exposure to multiple platforms.
• Experience supporting production environments, including troubleshooting, monitoring, upgrades, and incident resolution.
• Understanding of servers, virtual machines, operating systems, networking, security, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
• Experience working with enterprise technology, infrastructure, or application support teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
