Job summary

Rightsline Inc. is hiring a DevOps Manager based in Toronto to lead a team responsible for our cloud platform, delivery pipelines, and production reliability across North America and Europe.

You will manage a team of five and own infrastructure end-to-end, reporting to the Senior DevOps Architect with close collaboration with Engineering, QA, Security, Compliance, and Support. The role emphasizes ownership of availability, cost, security posture, and fast, safe production changes across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in DevOps/SRE or infrastructure engineering with 2+ years leading a team.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience across multi-region architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own change management across infrastructure and environments.
• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Own AWS accounts, IAM, networking, and multi-region setup.
• Own CI/CD tooling, release promotion, and production gates.
• Ensure documentation, runbooks, and incident postmortems are maintained.
