Job summary

The Canada Life Assurance Company is seeking a senior cloud-focused leader to drive technical delivery of modern public cloud capabilities and automated pipelines in Toronto. You will collaborate with technology leaders to shape cloud roadmaps and ensure secure, compliant solutions across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of AWS/Azure, and strong DevOps/IACT skills, plus a track record in regulated environments and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure security and policy as code.
• Leadership experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams that design/build/integrate cloud capabilities and pipelines.
• Develop cloud technology roadmaps with internal teams and leaders.
• Partner with risk, security and privacy to ensure compliant cloud solutions.
