Job summary

Canada Life in Winnipeg is seeking a Manager – Business Platform Product to join the Process & Platform Excellence team, leading IntelliQ deployments and IDP, Workflow, and Automation initiatives across enterprise platforms for employees, advisors, clients and members.

You will translate business needs into features and epics, guide agile delivery, collaborate across squads, measure outcomes with KPIs, and mentor team members to enable success while supporting deployment readiness and clear

Qualifications

Experience in product management and platform strategy within enterprise platforms.
Strong analytical and requirement-elaboration abilities for complex applications.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Proven track record in agile delivery and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Drive delivery of IntelliQ solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Translate business needs into requirements, features, epics, BRD/PRD, and user stories.
Champion usability, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Guide the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and optimization.
Integrate data and insights into decision-making with analytics and feedback.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communicate progress to sponsors and teams.
Support release planning, training, documentation, and multi-squad delivery.
Mentor team members to enable their success and support deployment validation.
