Job summary

Wave is seeking a Group Product Manager, Core Services to define and scale the shared services layer that powers product innovation across the organization.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, own APIs, orchestration workflows, and data capabilities, and partner with Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders to balance speed with long-term platform health.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of highly technical products with business impact.
• Minimum 2+ years leading product teams at the Group level or above.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, and success metrics for Core Services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Data leaders to guide trade-offs and investments.
• Own Core Services orchestration layer for internal customers—APIs, workflows, and data capabilities.
• Drive adoption of shared services and manage onboarding, enablement, and documentation.
• Define and monitor platform health metrics including adoption, reliability, and performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Align with stakeholders to evolve Core Services with the company vision.
• Identify AI-enabled capabilities to increase product velocity and measurable impact.
• Foster continuous improvement and refine platform processes.
