Job summary

MEDFAR Clinical Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Platform Engineering, to own the health, output, and growth of MEDFAR's foundational technical functions. You will bridge platform strategy with execution, enabling product teams through reusable capabilities and strong operational standards.

You will define roadmaps for cloud foundations, drive reliability, IaC, and cross-team enablement, while overseeing cloud governance and cost management as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years software engineering experience with at least 5+ years in a formal management role.
• Proven SaaS leadership in high-growth environments managing platforms for large-scale apps.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Engineering, SRE, and DevOps teams.
• Define and execute roadmaps for shared services and cloud foundations.
