Lightspeed is seeking a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead two teams of 4-6 platform engineers, spanning SRE and Developer Experience. The role guides the full software delivery cycle for our global cloud-based POS SaaS platform, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance.

Based in Canada, you will drive strategic planning, infrastructure, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product and other departments. On-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cross-functional cloud platform teams.
• Track record delivering reliable, scalable production systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and automation.
