Job summary

Sobeys is seeking a Portfolio Analyst, Capacity & Portfolio Performance to support enterprise portfolio planning, capacity and resource management, and data‑driven decision making across business and technology initiatives.

You will gather requirements, configure Planview, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reporting tools and dashboards to drive portfolio performance and governance decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Planview administration and configuration.
• 5+ years in portfolio analysis, business analysis, or PMO.
• 3+ years of advanced Power BI experience (data transformation, modelling).
• Advanced Excel including PivotTables and Power Query.
• SQL skills to understand and modify queries.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Planview including workflows and reporting.
• Maintain Planview data quality across capacity, demand, and portfolio performance.
• Gather requirements and translate into application and reporting solutions.
• Support capacity planning, resource feasibility, and scenario modelling.
• Analyze portfolio performance and delivery trends for governance decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on issues and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and custom reports.
• Ensure data flows and integrations between Planview and other systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in Planview configuration and processes.
• Create training materials and user documentation.
