The Office of Strategic Transformation and Delivery (OSTAD) is looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and help bring clarity and rigour to how the university's most important initiatives are tracked, prioritized, and resourced. In this role, you'll be the analytical backbone of portfolio management — maintaining accurate, up-to-date data on status, risk, budget, and dependencies, and turning that data into decision-ready dashboards and briefing materials for governance committees and senior leadership. You'll work closely with project teams and functional/resource managers across a large, matrixed institution to build an integrated view of resource demand and capacity, flag emerging constraints, and support scenario planning that helps leaders make sound sequencing and prioritization decisions. Beyond the day-to-day reporting, you'll have real opportunity to shape how the portfolio operates — identifying trends, supporting post-initiative reviews, and helping refine governance processes and tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys translating complexity into clarity, and who wants to play a visible role in strategic transformation at one of Canada's leading research universities.
