Job summary

InterPro Recycling is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee hourly staff, ensure safe and efficient operation of shredding and mobile equipment, and meet daily processing goals. You will train and monitor lead hands, operators and laborers while enforcing the company’s safety program.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of leadership roles or supervisory experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Direct yard and non-ferrous staff—training, scheduling, coaching, performance management.
• Oversee warehouse operations for efficient workflow, inventory accuracy and material handling.
• Lead safety program development, daily safety observations, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate shipments with Scale House for timely processing and movement of materials.
• Establish and monitor production targets, quality and efficiency.
• Mentor employees on production goals, safety practices, and operational efficiency.
