Job Opportunity: Gas Plant Operator

A major oil and gas producer is seeking a Gas Plant Operator for their facility in Fairview. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of plant experience
• Power Engineering and/or PFO courses (asset)

This position involves a 7/7 shift schedule with alternating days and nights, working 12 hours per day. Additional requirements include:

1. Familiarity with plant processes such as compression, refrigeration, Amine, and Sulphur processes, and understanding of safety policies (asset)
2. Valid driver’s license (no GDL) and a clean driver’s abstract
3. Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests
4. H2S Alive ticket
5. Standard First Aid ticket
6. Common Safety Orientation
7. Disciplined work ethic
8. Ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings
