Job summary

Amrize Canada Inc. is seeking a Plant Superintendent to supervise the safe, efficient operation of a concrete batch plant, including drivers and maintenance.

You will ensure timely deliveries, quality products, and high customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with Plant Manager and Sales, scheduling maintenance, managing materials, and ensuring accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory role experience in concrete/batch plant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of concrete batch plant.
• Supervise drivers and maintenance; ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager, Sales to optimize customer experience.
• Schedule routine maintenance to maximize plant uptime.
• Manage inventory and payroll accurately.
• Prepare reports for area administrator.
• Ensure batching aligns with quality standards.
