Amrize is recruiting a Field Operations Supervisor to lead safety initiatives across Asphalt, Paving, Construction, Civil and Infrastructure projects in Canada. The role balances compliance with practical field guidance and partners with project teams to improve safety performance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in occupational health and safety or construction operations, professional certifications (CIH/ROH/CSP/CRSP or P.Eng) and strong skills in Microsoft, Google, SAP and SiteDocs.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in occupational health and safety, construction operations, or related field.
Strong ability to articulate processes, investigations, and educational material across levels.
Certified or working toward CIH/ROH/CSP/CRSP or P.Eng. preferred; OFA 3 or Advanced First Aid preferred; NCSO preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead proactive safety culture across Asphalt, Paving, Construction, Civil and Infrastructure operations.
Strengthen safety management system integration with field-based solutions.
Identify risks with project teams and implement controls for safety improvement.
Oversee contractor safety management to maintain consistent standards.
Analyze incidents and translate findings into corrective actions.
Support project delivery by balancing safety with operational needs.
