Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee scheduled maintenance ensuring top quality, safety and cost efficiency. The role emphasizes reliability optimization and asset availability across our North American operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of supervision experience, strong knowledge of CMMS/SAP, and a proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced industrial environment with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• DEP in industrial mechanics or DEC in mechanical engineering or equivalent field experience.
• 5 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience with heavy equipment repair and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of scheduled maintenance with high quality, safety and cost control.
• Review weekly schedules, assign work to millwrights, and maintain priority.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns to ensure prompt repairs and streamlined execution.
• Provide reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent and feedback on repair jobs including consumption of materials and man hours.
• Coordinate training for millwrights and apprentices.
• Maintain productivity, housekeeping and quality standards in the mechanical maintenance department.
