Job summary

Linxus Group is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager for our Calgary facility. You will lead a high-volume Lean manufacturing operation, oversee supply chain and warehouse activities, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on safety and quality.

You will manage budgets, mentor teams, implement process changes, and champion Lean methodologies to achieve production and quality objectives. A university degree is required, with Green Belt preferred; relocation and comprehensive

Qualifications

  • Experience leading high-volume Lean manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, materials management, logistics and quality control.
  • University degree required; Lean Manufacturing Green Belt preferred.
  • Proficiency in safety and risk program management.
  • Additional skills: teamwork, communication, project management and analytics.
