Job summary

Amrize Canada Inc. in Coldwater, Ontario, is seeking a Plant Operations Coordinator to lead the afternoon operations at the Coldwater Plant. You will receive hands-on mentorship and leadership training to prepare you to drive production and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
• Strong background in digital tools, data management, and computer programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead safety culture at site; run daily huddles and audits.
• Direct development, training, and performance management of direct reports.
• Plan manpower, establish weekly production/maintenance schedules, hit targets.
• Oversee mobile fleet inspections and maintenance coordination.
• Assist in budgeting, cost controls, and inventory forecasting.
• Coordinate shipping with sales/dispatch to meet daily customer needs.
• Ensure mining plan compliance and EMS adherence.
