Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, workforce development and team performance management.
Understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality systems and cost control.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to uphold Samuel policies, values and standards across SMB.
Ensure safety, quality and productivity remain top priorities across all plant activities.
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and performance management; apply progressive discipline when required.
Lead capital projects from initiation through completion to maintain/ improve operations.
Report KPIs and plant metrics to the Director of Operations.
