We are seeking a Plant Mechanic (Millwright) for a permanent full-time position in the West region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on ready-mix concrete plants, including pumps, water systems, conveying systems, piping, boiler operation, air compressor systems, and controls, along with other power-driven rotating equipment.
2. Carry out indoor and outdoor maintenance activities throughout the year.
3. Travel across the territory to various locations using a company truck.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Safety-oriented team player
• Mechanical aptitude
• Initiative and ability to learn through practical hands-on experience and theoretical instruction
• Valid Ontario Driver's License (Class G) with a satisfactory 3-year driver’s abstract
• Own or willing to secure a basic set of hand tools
• Previous plant maintenance or millwright experience is a strong asset
