This role is responsible for providing overall leadership and accountability for plant operations with a strong focus on delivering results. In partnership with the site leadership team, the Plant Manager will drive employee engagement, safety, quality, customer service, continuous improvement, cost management, and production performance to meet or exceed business objectives. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs.
