About the role: The Plant Engineer is responsible for collaboratively developing, planning, and executing the plant capital strategy for the Georgetown, ON facility, a manufacturer of quality cracker products, to align with business unit priorities. This role also provides engineering support for the Kitchener, ON facility. The Plant Engineer leads cross‑functional teams to manage and deliver capital projects, improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support site‑wide goals related to safety, product quality, and environmental sustainability across both locations.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role on First Shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts.
The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $81,100.00 - 121,700.00 CAD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary that we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics and business or organizational needs.
For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
