What You Will Do:

  1. Champion Safety: Prioritize the well-being of all employees by ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  2. Optimize Operations: Drive improvements by managing key performance indicators (KPIs), enhancing processes, and achieving cost efficiencies.
  3. Empower Teams: Cultivate a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement, leading and developing your teams to achieve greatness.
  4. Ensure Quality: Oversee quality management to guarantee compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  5. Accelerate Growth: Collaborate with HR, Sales, Product Development, and other departments to drive strategic initiatives that maximize efficiency and profitability.

What You Bring to the Table:

  1. A minimum of five years of leadership experience in manufacturing, plant management, or operations.
  2. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
  3. A strong understanding of plant safety, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
