Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Planning Manager to lead demand forecasting, budget planning, and inventory strategy across Canada. You’ll forecast Open-to-Buy, align with brand launches, and coordinate with Merchandising, Vendors, and US counterparts to maximize stock availability and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field (MBA asset).
• 5+ years retail planning and/or buying experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of planners and buyers.
• Forecast Open-to-Buy and seasonal plans aligned with budget.
• Manage Canada-wide store forecasts and orders.
• Lead newness, launches, and promotional buys with Merchandising and Vendors.
• Develop liquidation strategies for non-performing brands.
• Collaborate with Distribution and US Planners for alignment.
• Provide monthly forward-looking forecasts to vendors.
