Qualifications

• Experience with PICK system and processing purchase orders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders into PICK (internal system).
• Receive inbounds and manage inventory flow.
• Convert received inventory into backorders as needed.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare daily reports for Purchasing department.
